Restoration Station
Each piece is unique in its own way. Depending on the era from which it is from and the metal available during that time, careful attention must be paid during the restoration process. All metals are not created equal.
From the condition of the piece upon arrival, I assess any damage, areas to repair, and what cleaning, detailing, and polishing materials will be needed. I then strategize possible techniques and different approaches for the best outcome.
These pieces are so much more than meets the eye. They aren’t just nice to look at—they’re historians.
I choose pieces that strike me as different, fun, historically/culturally significant, bold, and unusual. And most importantly, authentic. I’m drawn to pieces that look like they have one hell of a story to tell. As for the products themselves—sustainable, authentic, and historic. They are meticulously curated and lovingly restored by hand, to share with you.
Heavy restoration piece. Vintage Sterling Silver stamped Napier choker necklace paired with a 1969 Terra Sancta Guild of Israel solid brass piece
This piece is very dear to my heart. It was the first piece I created for the shop. It was this build that lit the flame of possibility.
